As satisfied customers and happy dogs are one of the main goals of K9 & H, I ask for regular feedback from all students. These feedbacks are always anonymous so as to maximize effectiveness of the feedback I get. Here are some of the things students have said:

3 months after the completion of a course, I always follow up with students to ensure that the training goals were reached and that the dogs and their owners are doing well. Here are some things students have said:

I received a mail from Matthys who trained his Rottweiler, Lady, at K9 & H. He was featured in our January 2012 newsletter after completing the Advanced Certificate course. Here is his message:
‘Little feedback: firstly I would like to thank you for the training you provided for Lady (my Rottweiler) to handle me, I can now sit on command. Thank you for the time and effort you put into your classes, it shows your dedication, professionalism and love towards what you do.
The training severely improved my relationship with Lady although she still sometimes forgets her ears at home when we go playing, and training.

Two incidents of pride and appreciation for the training:
During February myself and Lady was traveling down Hans Strijdom street and at the corner of Atterbury there was a guy selling wooden snakes, she went mad, barked jumped and anything just to warn me, she only calmed down when we moved away from the guy. (Lady was snake proofed as part of the K9 & H Advanced Certificate course)
Then on the 6th of March we went to the Waterkloof shopping center to get her food and a toy, one of the car guards decided to tease her, she got mad. I parked the car got out but didn't notice that the door didn't close properly, as I was explaining to him not to tease her cause she might just get upset she came charging past me. I commanded her to stop and she immediately did, centimeters from this guard. She looked at him and returned to me ending her instruction in a sit right in front of me. I was very proud, pleased and relieved and all this thanks to your training. From there we went into the pet shop and she licked everyone she knew.’
